What I do

Staging

What staging does, and when it's worth it.

Why it helps

Staging helps buyers picture themselves in the space, and it photographs better online — where nearly every buyer sees your home first. A home that reads as move-in ready also supports the asking price and tends to shorten time on market.

What it usually involves

Decluttering and depersonalising come first, then furniture placement, lighting and a few accent pieces so each room has a clear purpose. Sometimes that means furnishing a full main floor; often it's just editing and rearranging what's already there.

When it's worth it

Vacant homes and dated or very personal interiors benefit the most. A well-kept, tastefully furnished home may only need light editing. We look at it room by room and spend the effort where it changes the photos and the showing.

How it works here

Staging is available with some conditions depending on the property and the listing. We'll go over what makes sense for your home and budget during the consultation.
