The GTA at a glance
The old City of Toronto trades space for walkability and transit, at a premium. York Region — Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill — leans to newer family housing and strong schools. Durham (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby) and parts of Peel (Mississauga, Brampton) give more house per dollar with GO-train commutes.

Showings are grouped so a single trip covers what matters, with video walkthroughs for anything you can't see in person.
Buying from a distance
Conditions, remote signing and a reliable local team — lawyer, inspector, lender — make it possible to buy before you've fully moved, without taking on blind risk.
